Returns and Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for all domestic United States orders. All domestic orders are shipped with UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally via UPS to the following countries:
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Finland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Japan, United Arab Emirates, China
However, please consider that international shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges that may be imposed by the carrier. These charges are not covered by Degree Seven and are borne by the customer.
Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and duty fees, we do not offer free returns on international orders. If a customer wishes to return an international order, they will be responsible for all expenses associated with the shipment and customs.
When will you ship my order?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order after submission, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware we strive to process orders as quickly as possible and we cannot modify or cancel orders after they’ve been packed.
All returns must be shipped to Degree Seven in the same condition and packaging they were received within 14 days of their delivery date as recorded by UPS. If you would like to return your sunglasses, please email us at email@example.com with the reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email for (domestic orders only) with your returns material authorization (RMA) number and the documents to attach to the package to return. International customers will have to pay the costs of their return shipping.
All merchandise must be returned with original packaging. Degree Seven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with our return policy. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted.
2-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Degree Seven sunglasses are warranted for two years from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship, exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens damage or any accidental breakage. The warranty does not cover shipping costs. The repair or replacement of sunglasses will generally be completed within two weeks and returned via USPS mail. Any sunglasses returned must include the original proof of purchase and a note detailing how the sunglasses broke with your name and phone number. If the damage is determined not to be caused by workmanship or materials, the sunglasses will be returned.
